Acquired 10 town homes in distress from a bank for $590,000. Leased up and raised rents. First appraisal: $1,050,000.

WILMINGTON PORTFOLIO

Acquired 93 residential properties for $4.93m. Within twelve months cash out refinanced equity, one year later sold for $6.3m.

BLOCK APARTMENTS

Acquired off-market apartment for $6.3m. After exterior renovations, raised rents as much as $400 per unit. CBRE new appraised value: $12.7m. One year after purchase, cash out refinanced a new $8.255m mortgage.
