Brothers Obin and Amariah Olson have had over 30 years experience in startup/business managing, project development, financing, and real estate investing. They started with less than $50,000 equity and successfully turned it into $25 million in personal rental real estate holdings. They have produced films with global distribution in over 50 territories through major companies such as Sony, Best Buy, Redbox, Walmart; bought over 100 investment rental homes; done advertising campaigns for Nickelodeon, Nasdaq, Sprint, US Marines; and have been responsible for running teams of 20-100 personnel on their multi million dollar apartment community renovation and film projects. Their company Olson Capital Investments currently manages their personal rental portfolio of single family rental properties, commercial buildings, apartments and hotels; close to 300 units.
